Voltimum subscription campaign exceeds expectations

As part of a recent campaign, a Voltimum partner was looking to generate interest in a ‘personal’ live demonstration of their software, encouraging users to experience the full features of the software. After discussing the requirements of the campaign, a target group was selected from Voltimum’s database. The target group consisted of:

Voltimum used multiple channels channels, including bespoke branded emails, newsletter features, web forms, digital ads and social networks, to invite users to sign up to a live demonstration as part of a two-stage campaign. In order to generate interest, the topic was advertised during a two-week awareness phase, with subscriptions to the software demonstration then collected during the conversion phase. 

Upon subscribing to the live demonstration, users were required to provide the following information: 

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Geographical Area
  • Company Name

A subscriber was considered as such as soon as they fill in the web form and agreed to be contacted by the manufacturer for a live demo.

Voltimum guaranteed that 100 subscriptions would be collected via the Voltimum web form. After one month, Voltimum was delighted to report that more than 150 subscriptions had been received, surpassing the original request.
